Introduction

We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Senior Program Manager to drive cross-functional marketing initiatives from planning through delivery. This role will partner closely with Marketing, Product, Sales, Finance, and Operations to ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business objectives.

The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, brings structure to ambiguity, and has a strong track record of leading complex marketing programs that drive measurable impact.

This is a 6-month contract opportunity to start paying $56-66/hr

What You Will Do:  

  • Develop and manage GTM plans, timelines, and deliverables for new product launches and campaigns. 

  • Coordinate and manage brand product launches globally. 

  • Partner closely with regional commercial teams to develop and align market rollout strategies with the overall NPI program plan, ensuring cohesive execution, clear timelines, and successful in-market launches. 

  • Drive alignment and accountability across stakeholders through regular status updates and executive reporting. 

  • Partner with and facilitate cross functional communications across global, regional, and local teams (Product Management, Global Marketing, Customer Care, R&D, IT and Regional Marketing and Sales Teams). 

  • Establish and optimize marketing processes, workflows, and governance frameworks. 

  • Manage budgets and ensure programs are delivered efficiently and effectively. 

  • Track performance metrics and analyze results to inform continuous improvement. 

 

To Be Successful You Will Have:  

  • 7+ years of experience in program management, marketing operations, or related roles. 

  • Experience in online and retail in-store product marketing 

  • Experience in high-growth or transformation-stage organizations. 

  • Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional marketing programs. 

  • Strong understanding of integrated marketing, go-to-market strategy, and campaign execution. 

  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills. 

  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication experience. 

  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet (or equivalent), etc.).  

  • Analytical mindset with experience leveraging data to inform decisions. 

  • Bachelor’s degree , MBA a plus.
