GENERAL DESCRIPTION

 

The Senior Product Marketing Managers position is to accelerate the localization of our U.S. consumer business. This role is critical in establishing a robust consumer insights system, defining product strategies tailored to local needs, and driving omnichannel marketing execution. You will lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from opportunity identification to go-to-market strategy, ensuring our products resonate deeply with US consumers.

  • Consumer Insights & Product Strategy
  • Establish and manage a consumer insights system to uncover unmet needs and market opportunities.
  • Analyze market data and consumer behavior to identify high-potential categories and define product roadmaps.
  • Product Development Lifecycle
  • Translate insights into actionable product definitions and lead the full development process.
  • Own the 4P strategy (Product, Price, Place, Promotion) for each product launch.
  • Research & Validation
  • Design and implement consumer research plans throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with research partners to ensure findings are actionable and integrated into product decisions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with brand, e-commerce, and project management teams to ensure successful product launches.
  • Coordinate marketing, sales operations, and inventory planning to optimize performance.
  • Travel: Travel as necessary for client meetings, trade shows, and team coordination.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (Marketing preferred)
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Manager in consumer goods; FMCG experience preferred.
    • Proven track record in leading or participating in consumer research initiatives.
  • Skills:
    • Deep understanding of product development processes.
    • Strong grasp of 4P marketing methodology and practical application.
    • Familiarity with consumer research logic and tools.

 

  • General Competencies:
    • Native U.S. cultural understanding (born and raised or long-term resident).
    • Sharp intuition for consumer psychology and behavior.
    • Excellent communication, coordination, and learning abilities.
    • Optimistic, detail-oriented, and resilient under pressure.
    • Self-driven, collaborative, and comfortable working across time zones.
