We are looking for a strategic, client-focused Product Marketing Manager to help shape and drive strategy, positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation for our solutions portfolio. In this role, you will develop differentiated messaging that resonates with both technical and executive buyers, create high-impact sales enablement assets, and package materials to help us win in whitespace and competitive environments. Your efforts will directly contribute to revenue growth and market adoption of our solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Solution Positioning and Messaging
- Develop compelling, differentiated positioning and messaging that clearly conveys the value of our automation solutions.
- Translate technical features into client-centered outcomes in partnership with the sales and technical team.
Go-to-Market Strategy
- Design and execute go-to-market strategies for solutions aligned to our business objectives.
- Collaborate to craft materials tailored to our ideal customer profiles.
- Work cross-functionally with technical and sales teams to ensure successful campaign launches.
Solution Content Development, Packaging and Management
- Own the development of clear, engaging assets including case studies, POVs, blogs, social media, and one-pagers to drive demand generation, customer adoption, and retention.
- Partner with teams to develop and maintain documentation for client education.
- Collaborate across technical and sales teams to define solution bundles, pricing strategies, and value propositions.
Demand Generation
- Plan, design, launch, and optimize targeted marketing programs and campaigns leveraging digital marketing, content syndication, emails, webinars, events, and social media that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth.
Sales Enablement
- Create and deliver training programs and materials (presentations, battlecards, competitive analyses, and objection-handling resources) to equip Sales and Business Development teams with the knowledge and tools to effectively position solutions.
- Support sales solution discussions with clients and field teams, acting as a subject matter expert and advisor.
Market Intelligence
- Monitor industry trends, client demand signals, and competitor offerings, particularly for automation solutions (e.g., HashiCorp, Ansible, Chef, Puppet, Apptio) to inform messaging and strategy.
- Provide actionable feedback to solution teams to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
Performance Measurement
- Track, analyze, and report performance metrics to continuously improve messaging, targeting, and conversion rates
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, journalism, or related field
- 5+ product marketing experience preferably in infrastructure automation, DevOps, or cloud-native technologies.
Key Capabilities
- Proven track record of developing successful go-to-market strategies that drive
- product adoption.
- Strong experience in creating compelling messaging and positioning for technical products,
- Strong understanding of automation platforms such as HashiCorp (Terraform, Vault, Consul, Nomad).
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Experience supporting sales teams in enterprise or mid-market segments.
- Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Adobe Suite, and CRM tools, Microsoft Dynamics preferred.
- A team player with the ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.

The expected salary/wage range for a U.S.-based hire filling this position is provided below. Actual offer may vary from this range based upon geographic location, work experience, education/training, and/or skill level. Variable incentives may also be offered.
USD Annual Salary: $120,000 - $140,000
