Position Summary: The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, executing, and measuring comprehensive go-to-market strategies for Avivatech’s portfolio of cash and check software automations products. This role will collaborate closely with product management, sales, and marketing to drive product adoption, customer engagement, and revenue growth. The candidate will be expected to own the product messaging, market positioning, competitive analysis, market feedback, and product life cycle. |
Principal Duties and Responsibilities: - Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and implement effective go-to-market plans for new and existing products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends.
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough market, customer, and competitive research to inform product positioning, pricing, and promotional strategies.
- Product Positioning & Messaging: Craft clear, differentiated, and value-driven product messaging for a variety of channels and audiences, ensuring consistency across all customer touchpoints.
- Sales Enablement: Create and deliver compelling sales tools, presentations, training materials, and competitive battlecards to empower the sales team and accelerate the sales cycle.
- Content Development: Assist our marketing team with the development high-impact product oriented content to use with sales collateral such as datasheets, case studies, whitepapers, blog posts, videos, and web content.
- Product Launches: Plan and execute successful product launches, including launch messaging, press releases, events, and customer communications.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product management, SME’s, sales, and customer success teams to ensure market feedback is incorporated into product development and positioning.
- Performance Measurement: Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of product marketing programs and campaigns, using data to drive continuous improvement.
- Customer Insights: Gather and synthesize customer feedback, testimonials, and case studies to inform future product and marketing strategies.
- Brand Stewardship: Ensure all product communications and campaigns uphold and advance the Avivatech brand voice and standards.

Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of product marketing experience in the technology sector, preferably with software technology in the cash automation industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful product marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Strong understanding of technology, digital transformation trends, and the competitive landscape within the cash automation industry.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze complex technical information and translate it into clear, compelling messages for various audiences.
- Experience collaborating with product management, sales, and engineering teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- An analytical thinker who is comfortable making data-driven decisions.

Working Conditions/Physical Requirements of the Job: - Works effectively in a business office environment (Alpharetta, GA).
