We're hiring our first full-time Product Marketing Manager to build a modern, scalable product marketing function from the ground up. Reporting to the Head of Marketing and supported by a graphic and web designer (within a growing team of 5), you’ll play a pivotal role in aligning Product, Marketing, Client Services, and Sales for go-to-market success.
RequirementsYou’re a strategic builder who thrives in ambiguity, communicates with clarity, and crafts narratives that move markets and enable revenue teams.
- 4–7+ years in B2B SaaS product marketing, ideally in Series A–B+ startups
- Proven experience building GTM systems and frameworks from scratch
- Strong analytical skills — able to turn buyer and competitor insights into clear direction
- Confident influencing product and GTM strategy through research and storytelling
- Exceptional communicator across executive, commercial, and technical audiences
- Skilled in aligning Sales, Product, Marketing, and CS to drive momentum
- Strong positioning and messaging skills for complex B2B products
- Experience building enablement assets — decks, battlecards, playbooks
- Comfortable leading through influence in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
- Confident leading win/loss analysis, competitive insights, and persona work
