Build Your Future with Hyphen While Our Clients Build Homes with Your Support.

We Build a Trusted Homebuilder Network, Unifying the Construction Supply Chain.

We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager (Growth + Enablement) who can help us win more deals, speed up the sales cycle, and make sure customers see the full value of Hyphen.

Hyphen builds software that keeps homebuilding moving. Builders run jobs with our ERPs and scheduling tools, Suppliers manage orders and payments on our platforms, and Trades rely on us to stay connected. We touch every part of the Builder–Supplier relationship. This role covers all of it. One day you might be writing a Supplier email, the next you’re building a nurture flow for Builders, and the next you’re pulling together a campaign kit a sales rep can use in a meeting.

If you like variety, know how to tell a product story that makes sense to a buyer, and want to see your work tied directly to revenue, this is the spot.

Lifecycle and revenue growth

  • Keep the campaign calendar tied to what Sales needs most.

Execution and measurement

  • Build and QA campaigns in Salesforce and Account Engagement.
  • Run programs across email, paid, blog, SEO, review sites, and events.
  • Report on what’s driving revenue and share insights with Sales and leadership.
  • Test, learn, and scale the ideas that work best.

Collaboration and sales enablement

  • Partner with SDRs and Sales to create campaign kits, outreach templates, and enablement tools that they can use right away.
