Roles and Responsibilities

If this sounds like you, please join us as our Product Marketing Manager. In this role, you will nurture and build demand for our fish tracking and aquaculture solutions and partner with sales to drive adoption of our products and services. This is an individual contributor role that is both strategic and executional. 

Key Responsibilities

• Develop competitive positioning and messaging in collaboration with science, engineering, sales and marketing teams 
• Oversee, elevate and maintain a competitive analysis resource center  
• Craft value propositions that clearly articulate how we solve our customers’ problems and create value 
• Lead product launches and GTM plans for key products and solutions 
• Define and track KPIs for market strategies and product launches  
• Contribute to full funnel marketing initiatives for our products and services including heavy sales enablement 
• Leverage customer/market data to identify customer needs and collaborate with product teams on product roadmaps 

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of product and/or growth marketing experience delivering highly successful demand generation and engagement strategies within B2B markets 
• Ability to think strategically and creatively  
• Collaborative team player with passion and knack to drive alignment internally 
• Strong storyteller with exceptional verbal and written communication skills 
• Talented at deriving insights from customer/market research 
• Skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously 
• Thrive in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment 
• Experience with Jira/Confluence, Crayon, Canva, 365 Office, SharePoint, and Salesforce or other CRM 
• B.A. in Marketing or Communications  
• Pragmatic Marketing Certification preferred
• Some domestic and international travel may be required
