General Scope & Summary
Works with product marketing management to identify and execute on lead generation / sales support activities for specific product(s) or product line(s) to fuel sales of Aspect products in the marketplace. These activities can include content creation in the form of collateral, promotional materials, scripted product demonstrations or webinar presentations as well as internal-facing materials and presentations for training sales to effectively sell Aspect products. Aids in the creation of business plans and product positioning in the marketplace. Assists in market research, the monitoring of competitive activity and customer needs identification in support of product marketing management’s efforts to formulate strategic go-to-market plans. Plays a major role in the tactical execution of those plans as outlined above. Works with product management and to develop new products or enhance existing product(s) or product line(s).
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Works closely with product marketing management in helping research and define go-to-market plans.
Works closely with demand generation organization to ensure needed materials are available for campaigns in support of the go-to-market strategies.
Ensures needed internal training and positioning materials are provided to sales teams.
Works with product management and engineering to make sure product planning efforts are fully informed by customer needs and broader market research.
Minimum Job Requirements
SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
Knowledge of demand generation best practices.
Ability to communicate complex information to the market as well as to internal stakeholders such as sales teams.
Strong customer service and teamwork skills. Professional demeanor to maintain and enhance relationships.
Gains exposure to more complex aspects of position, such as strategic planning.
Demonstrated ability to learn contact center concepts especially in relation to larger enterprise business systems.
Ability to use professional concepts and company policies and procedures to solve a variety of problems and contribute to the fulfillment of projects and organizational objectives.
Ability to pass a background check may also be required.
Physical requirements include sitting for long periods of time.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
1 - 3 years of experience.
Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
