Are you a creative go-getter with an eye for style and a love for content creation? Hammer Made is looking for a versatile Product Marketing & Content Coordinator to join our team. This role blends fashion, storytelling, organization, and execution — perfect for someone who wants to grow within a brand that values originality, detail, and hustle.    

This is an in-person role based out of our HQ in Eden Prairie, MN.

What You’ll Do:

Social Media & Content Management

  • Assist with content creation across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
  • Monitor trends, engage with our audience, and manage reposts/comments
  • Capture and edit short-form video (Reels, Stories, TikToks)
  • Plan and support photo shoots (steaming, prepping, organizing outfits, uploading/editing images)
       
  • E-Commerce  Coordination
     
    • Upload products to Shopify with accurate images, tags, and descriptions  
    • Maintain and update product listings on our Shopify site, ensuring accuracy in images, descriptions, pricing, and categorization.
    • Curate how our products are presented — from category flow to homepage features — so the site feels as intentional as our in-store experience.


  • Influencer & Agency Support
    • Identify and coordinate with influencers for product gifting and collaborations
    • Provide creative assets to external partners and agencies
    • Help activate seasonal campaigns and marketing initiatives

Requirements

  

Qualifications:

 

  • College degree (Bachelor’s) in Marketing and/or Business preferred.  
  •  Extensive experience in Social Media beyond merely day-to-day personal use. 
  •  Experience working with Shopify is a plus.
  • Bonus points for: experience in copywriting, photography and/or video editing and utilizing AI tools.
  • Have a sharp eye for detail and a love for fashion and visual storytelling
  • Are organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable working in Google Docs
  • Love making things look good — whether that’s a display or a digital layout
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, style-driven, collaborative environment
  • Are curious, coachable, and ready to learn from agencies and consultants 
  • Want to grow with a brand that rewards initiative and fresh ideas
  • Ability to produce and edit short-form video content 
  • If you enjoy designing in Canva for fun — even better.
