We are seeking a Market & Competitive Intelligence Manager to join our team! After gaining knowledge of our environment, there is the opportunity for this position to work under our Hybrid schedule working both in the office and remotely.
The Market & Competitive Intelligence incumbent will lead the development and execution of a centralized intelligence function within the Market Development group. This role is responsible for synthesizing diverse data sources into a single source of truth, enabling actionable insights that inform the DCCAI Business Unit’s strategy, innovation roadmap, and go-to-market (GTM) planning. The successful candidate will drive strategic impact by identifying early demand signals, improving forecast accuracy, and enhancing win rates throughout the customer journey.
Responsibilities:
Market Intelligence
- Manage and deliver business reports, earnings summaries, and fiber price tracking.
- Conduct market sizing and segmentation (TAM, SAM, SOM/Unconstrained).
- Provide market input for the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process.
- Profit Pool Analysis and Insights
Competitive Intelligence
- Monitor competitor roadmaps, pricing strategies, and channel approaches.
- Track industry standards and certifications.
- Lead win/loss analysis funnel, reviews, and strategic recommendations.
- Create Customer investment profiles per segments
Deliverables
- Quarterly Market Outlook Reports: In-depth, data-driven analyses of market dynamics, demand signals, and macroeconomic trends, delivered on a quarterly cadence to inform strategic planning and business unit alignment.
- Competitive Landscape Assessments: Comprehensive evaluations of competitor positioning, product roadmaps, pricing strategies, and channel approaches, synthesized into actionable insights for innovation and GTM strategy.
- Dynamic Dashboards: Interactive dashboards that dynamically model Total Addressable Market (TAM), Serviceable Available Market (SAM), and Serviceable Obtainable Market (SOM).
- Regional Pricing Guardrails and Recommendations: Strategic pricing frameworks tailored to regional market conditions, designed to optimize competitiveness, margin performance, and alignment with customer value perceptions.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in market intelligence, competitive analysis, or strategy roles.
- Proven experience with market sizing, segmentation, and competitive tracking.
- Familiarity with IBP processes and GTM strategy development.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools and dashboard creation (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, and SQL is required.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and strong project management skills.
