About the Role


Willow Wealth is seeking a Manager, Investment Product Marketing (Managed Portfolios & Evergreen Funds) to join our growing Investment Product Management team, focused on accelerating the growth of our evergreen fund platform and automated investing solution (“robo-advisor”), Willow 360. In this role, you will help scale two of Willow’s most strategic product lines by developing differentiated positioning, compelling messaging, and high-performing marketing programs. You will analyze investor behavior and product data to develop go-to-market strategies that drive product adoption and sales. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in product marketing with experience in registered funds, ETFs, and/or managed investing products.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the growth and adoption of Willow 360 and our evergreen funds suite through data-driven marketing strategy and execution
  • Conduct user research (interviews, surveys, feedback loops), alongside analysis of sales and platform data, to identify barriers, motivations, and opportunities for growth
  • Develop clear, differentiated positioning and investor-facing narratives, simplifying complex private markets concepts into accessible messaging
  • Build foundational marketing assets, including offering pages, fact sheets/brochures, and educational content
  • Design and optimize campaigns across channels to drive awareness, conversion, and reinvestment behavior
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Product Design, and Growth teams to influence roadmap decisions that improve adoption
  • Enable the Customer Support and Sales teams with training, messaging, and tools to consistently communicate value propositions
  • Participate in client conversations as a subject matter expert, helping articulate how these products fit into broader portfolio goals
  • Track and evaluate campaign and product performance against KPIs to help continuously improve conversion, retention, and growth
  • Conduct market and competitive research to understand investor preferences, industry trends, and opportunities to strengthen our products


Qualifications

  • 4+ years of marketing, sales, or investment products experience within financial services
  • Experience with registered funds, ETFs, and/or managed investing products
  • Excellent written communication skills; ability to distill complex concepts into clear and compelling messaging
  • Ability to lead and communicate cross-functionally with other departments
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to plan and execute on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

This is a New York-based role. The base salary range for this position is USD 115,000 to 135,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. This role may be eligible for a discretionary bonus and is eligible for equity compensation as part of the total compensation package.
