The Director, Smart Sales Enablement will drive the implementation of the strategic plan with a focus on empowering sales teams through technology, data-driven insights, and operational excellence. With a strong focus on performance optimization, process refinement and efficiency improvements, this individual prioritizes leveraging digital tools, artificial intelligence (AI), and innovative processes to increase revenue, drive efficiencies, and enhance customer engagement.
This individual collaborates with various cross-functional teams to continuously refine sales processes and workflows to drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate has expertise in sales methodologies, a passion for emerging technologies, and a proven track record of leading high-performing sales teams.
Specifically, You Will:
- Collaborate with respect to the design and implementation of strategies to enhance sales efficiency, productivity, and conversion rates across the funnel.
- Refine and streamline sales processes to ensure optimal efficiency from lead generation to deal closure.
- Execute a smart sales enablement framework that aligns with the strategic plan driving organizational goals and revenue growth targets.
- Lead the deployment of AI-powered tools, CRM enhancements, and other sales technologies to improve seller productivity and effectiveness.
- Continuously evaluate and improve sales workflows, identifying opportunities for automation, process redesign, and removal of friction points.
- Support contract negotiations with 3rd party providers when required.
Some of what you need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Extensive expertise in B2B sales technologies such as CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), AI tools, and data visualization software.
- Proficiency with sales technology stacks and tools that drive performance optimization.
- 7+ years of experience in sales optimization, sales operations, or sales leadership with at least 3 years in a senior management of director-level role.
- 3+ years of experience in Enterprise software sales and/or promotion of software as a service (SaaS).
