About the role
Galileo is seeking a driven, experienced Product Marketing leader to propel our go-to-market strategy and execution. Focusing on direct enterprise selling, the person in this role will develop compelling narratives and thought leadership on the future of AI evaluation and observability. Reporting to the CMO, the person will shape positioning, launches, sales enablement, and AR/PR. Working closely with Sales and Product, he/she will also shape the product roadmap by understanding the needs of customers, while keeping an eye on the competitive landscape.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop clear positioning that resonates with AI builders and economic buyers.
- Produce clear and compelling content for website, pitch-decks and sales assets.
- Lead product launch planning, aligning on key messages, product names, and timelines across stakeholders.
- Cultivate market expertise: understand how AI teams are building GenAI applications amidst the ecosystem of tools and products with which Galileo integrates.
- Create and present curriculum for sales training, including demos and win stories..
- Help define market strategy, including ICP definition, vertical prioritization, and campaign themes.
- Support deals on their way toward wins, and synthesize feedback from customers and AEs
- Collaborate with strategic partners to create joint solutions and effective co-marketing.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years in enterprise software product marketing
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful product marketing strategies, using frameworks for positioning and narrative.
- Strong technical background with the ability to succinctly distill complex concepts. Comfortably familiar with the process of building software.
- Well-versed in enterprise selling, able to guide reps on messaging to different personas and addressing customer objections.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as demonstrated in examples of content in multiple mediums: slides, blogs, videos. Needs excellent grammar and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively and get stuff done in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Nice-to-have
- College degree in a technical major like CS, Engineering, or sciences
- Familiarity with the AI/ML ecosystem and its tools
- Some proficiency with Python, Typescript, or Java.
