PCMI (Policy Claim Management International) is a fast-growing, leading provider of integrated software for Extended Warranty Management and Finance and Insurance (F&I) administration. We are a SaaS company that operates in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment. Our 3 teams located in the US, Poland, and Thailand work collaboratively around the clock to build our PCRS platform that automates the full administration lifecycle of all extended warranties, F&I products, and service contracts for our customers.
What You’ll Do
The Director of Product Marketing is responsible for leading the go-to-market strategy, positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation for PCMI’s products. In this key role, the candidate will be responsible for creating a product marketing framework from the ground up. Ensuring that our internal teams stay aligned to drive how PCMI products are brought to market, positioned and sold by crafting compelling messaging, identifying target customer segments and developing marketing plans that drive demand and adoption of the product.
In this role, you will:
- Lead global go-to-market strategy and messaging for new and existing products
- Manage product launches and releases, both internally and externally
- Develop value propositions, messaging, and collateral that supports engagement across the company and sales teams. Translate product features & capabilities into impactful product and solutions benefits that demonstrate business value.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to create strategic and tactical marketing plan to build and execute product marketing programs across multiple audiences.
- Analyze and identify market opportunities along with customer pain points to highlight the value PCMI can bring.
- Work closely with the Chief Product Officer and product leaders to deliver positive growth-oriented results for all products and feature sets, current & future.
- Be an expert on our customers, target market, competitors, and product capabilities.
- Provide key messaging materials and assets to the sales and customer success teams to be repurposed for training a rapidly growing team.
- Present as an SME in front of audiences both internal and external.
- Analyze and report KPIs to track impact, optimize and improve our positioning in the Insurance Industry ecosystem.
- Work with the Marketing team to create product resources and collateral for internal teams and external users. This will include one-pagers on specific product functionality and other relevant visuals that clearly communicate the value prop of our products.
- Partner with Product and Marketing Leadership to ensure consistent product positioning across PCMI’s website and landing pages.
- Develop product talk tracks and messaging to support internal stakeholders.
- Produce content and enablement materials for internal teams.
- Develop and Execute product go-to-market strategy and rollout for new and existing products, working cross-functionally to develop competitive positioning, marketing collateral, pricing, etc.
- Ensure product commercialization alignment across company departments and teams (e.g. pricing, channel, and marketing readiness, etc.).
What You’ll Need to Join Our Team
Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent work experience.
- 5 years of experience in product marketing preferably in SaaS.
- Experience with end-to-end product launches in a global or mid-market focused B2B product.
- Ability to execute cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams.
- Experience in developing sales and marketing presentations and collateral.
- Experience with content writing and creative collateral preferred.
- Technical knowledge to understand SaaS products and software integrations.
- Experience in the auto extended warranty industry preferred.
Travel Requirements
- Must be able to travel to client meetings; approximately 25%
