Position Overview

Leap is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to help drive adoption, enablement, and retention across our core platforms, LeapCRM and SalesPro. This role sits at the center of our go-to-market efforts and is ideal for a high-performing marketer who thrives on cross-functional collaboration, owns outcomes, and is excited to help shape a maturing PMM function.

You will lead GTM execution for new features and product launches, build compelling messaging and assets, and partner closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to ensure our customers understand and realize value across their lifecycle. You’ll also contribute to positioning strategy, buyer insight, and competitive differentiation in a market where clarity and story are everything.



Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end execution for product and feature launches, including messaging, asset development, enablement, and internal alignment
  • Create clear, actionable collateral that supports adoption and value realization, including one-pagers, decks, battlecards, and in-app content
  • Partner with Sales Enablement and CS to improve product fluency, accelerate ramp time, and support renewal and expansion conversations
  • Collaborate with Product Management on positioning, naming, and release planning to ensure our GTM efforts align with customer needs
  • Monitor market trends, collect customer and competitive insights, and translate them into messaging and enablement improvements
  • Help elevate and scale product communication across channels, including monthly updates, release notes, and lifecycle campaigns


Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of product marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS (internships and contract work welcome)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable using data to inform decisions and measure results
  • Organized, adaptable, and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects
  • Experience supporting or leading product launches and go-to-market programs with measurable business impact
  • Familiarity with CRM, sales automation, or home services software is a plus
