Position Summary


As the VP' Of Sales Enablement , you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our sales organization. This is a high-impact leadership role that involves building and managing a sales enablement department. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our sales team is equipped with the tools, resources, and knowledge needed to excel in a dynamic and rapidly evolving market and company.


This individual will report to the Chief Revenue Officer.


Responsibilities


  • Collaborate with sales leadership to understand sales goals, strategies, and challenges.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales enablement strategy that aligns with overall business objectives.
  • Lead your team to create and curate sales content, playbooks, and training materials to enhance the sales team's effectiveness at every stage of the sales cycle.
  • Lead your team to develop and deliver sales training programs that cover product knowledge, objection handling, competitive positioning, and sales techniques.
  • Identify and implement sales enablement tools and technologies to streamline processes, improve sales productivity, and enhance data-driven decision-making.
  • Analyze sales performance metrics to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for enhancement.
  • Partner with marketing, product, customer success, and other relevant teams to ensure seamless alignment between sales and other functions.
  • Develop and oversee a comprehensive onboarding program for new sales hires to accelerate their ramp-up and time-to-productivity.
  • Regularly analyze data to assess the effectiveness of sales enablement programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or another relevant advanced degree is preferred.
  • 7+ years of sales or sales management experience in a business-to-business sales environment
  • 5+ years in a sales operation, sales strategy, business planning, or sales management role
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, including experience presenting complex data to achieve organizational buy-in
  • Project management experience
  • Strong knowledge of B2B sales process
  • Familiarity with CRM, PRM software, and other relevant technology tools.
