Position Description/Overview:

Join a creative, collaborative marketing team as a Senior Product Marketing Manager. You will play a key role defining personas, messaging, positioning and go-to-market strategies for software and consulting solutions for our rapidly growing Employee Experience business unit.

Our healthcare employee engagement solutions provide hospital and health system HR leaders with the tools they need to continuously listen to their nurses, physicians, and employees, and then use these insights to build a strong, resilient organization.

You will have exciting opportunities to lead cross-functional teams, happy to self-produce market leading content, collaborate within the marketing team to drive revenue, and champion the value of our solutions to both internal and external audiences.

This is an individual contributor role. This is a hybrid role based in our Chicago office requiring 2-3 days a week in the office.

Duties & Responsibilities:

· Contribute to the messaging architecture for the platform; ensuring messaging is always up to date with the most current customer, competitor, and market insights · Own, develop, and manage specific market-facing collateral like sales decks, product briefs, case studies, 1-pagers, and email templates. · Support revenue marketing team with segment-based and feature-based messaging and narratives that supports awareness, consideration, and decision phase campaigns

· Develop and manage robust go-to-market plans, effectively introducing new products and key releases to target audiences

· Be the expert on your buyers, how they buy and their buying criteria; be the expert on your competition and how your product compares

· Lead and participate in cross-functional teams, working effectively with a variety of key stakeholders at many levels of the organization, including product management, marketing, sales, customer success, sales enablement and commercial operations

Qualifications:

· Our ideal candidate has 8-10 years’ experience in B2B SaaS/software product marketing, healthcare industry background, employee experience is a plus · This person has an eye for content design and architecture, the ability to bring products to life through great storytelling and is excellent at grabbing the attention of sales audiences and customers through verbal and written communication. · Ability to distill information coming from the sales, product, client success, and strategy teams and develop initiatives that help drive awareness and adoption of our products. · Ability to serve as a project lead for go-to-markets and strategic initiatives · Strong project management and organizational skills; familiarity with collaboration tools (Teams, Asana) · Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $96,000 to $164,000. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus or commission tied to achieved results.
