As the Sr. Field Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for increasing consideration, acquisition, and adoption of Amazon Business within Enterprise accounts. You will partner closely with Sales and cross-functional Marketing teams to concept and deliver strategic marketing programs including demand generation campaigns, events, tradeshows, content and sales enablement. To be successful in this role, this individual will work seamlessly with senior stakeholders in Amazon Business and pan-Amazon teams such as AWS to align and implement strategies. We are looking for an individual with broad experience in lead generation, digital marketing, product marketing, and high-touch executive events. Candidate should be capable of being strategic and tactical. This role requires skills in strategic thinking, relationship building, and problem solving, as well as a willingness to be hands-on with execution. Key job responsibilities


Develop the marketing strategy to reach and engage c-suite and senior decision makers, across enterprise accounts, through bespoke, 1-to-1, and 1-to-few ABM initiatives


Own planning and execution for bespoke marketing channels like Webinars, Direct Mail, Sponsorships across trade and association publications, etc.


Manage relationships with internal Marketing, Sales, Sales Enablement, and Product stakeholders, as well as external media agencies and partners


Drive robust and detailed measurement and reporting processes


A day in the life


The Sr Field Marketing Manager is the conduit between Sales and broader Marketing teams. They will dive deep with Sales to understand key business priorities, and work hand-in-hand with extended marketing teams such as digital, content, and channel marketing teams to create and then execute an integrated marketing plan that supports those priorities. They will act as the single point of contact for all of Marketing, driving visibility of upcoming initiatives to Sales, and reporting back campaign impact.


About The Team


Field Marketing is an emerging function in Amazon Business. Though there will be a high degree of ambiguity at first, this role will be responsible for shaping what Field Marketing looks like at Amazon Business. Initial projects could include:


Developing an executive engagement program


Launching an industry publication and association promotional strategy


Creating meeting generating campaigns

Basic Qualifications


  • 5+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
  • Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches
  • Bachelor's degree


Preferred Qualifications


  • Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis
  • Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting
  • MBA
