Senior Sales Enablement Specialist


Location: New York City, NY | Hybrid

SS&C Wealth & Investment Technology business unit (SS&C Advent & SS&C Eze) is seeking a Senior Sales Enablement Specialist to join SS&C WIT business unit in its New York office. SS&C WIT Revenue Operations team supports sales processes for sales of industry-leading investment technology platforms such as Advent Investment Suite, Black Diamond Wealth Platform, and Eze Investment Suite, and covers the areas of sales workflow, sales enablement, reporting, and data analysis.


In this position the specialist will play a key role in enabling our dynamic sales organization. As part of Revenue Operations team, the specialist will be focusing on providing our sales executive with tools and skills they need to sell effectively to their target markets. The specialist will work closely with Marketing team to execute on go-to-market initiatives and to ensure an overall alignment between Sales and Marketing on the ongoing basis. In this role the specialist will facilitate training and onboarding processes for sales executives and will work particularly closely with Inside Sales/SDR team to help them effectively manage lead workflow.


The specialist will work together with RevOps crewmates and IT team to design and implement business processes and workflows and to report on performance. This role requires the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment, meet strict deadlines, and think creatively about solving problems and reporting performance.

What You Will Get To Do:


  • Develop a deep understanding of SS&C Eze’s business model and of internal data sources and platforms used to maintain its sales and revenue operations
  • Provide day-to-day support for sales team, including troubleshooting workflows on the current tech stack (Salesforce, Hubspot, Highspot)
  • Collaborate with Marketing team on GTM initiative execution and general sales content management
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to continuously improve Inside Sales/SDR processes and prospecting data and workflow
  • Oversee sales onboarding and sales training processes and collaborate with Learning & Development team on sales training initiatives
  • Work with other Revenue Operations team members on the preparation of weekly, monthly and quarterly reports, statistics, and analysis around sales activities
  • Work closely with Business Application team to implement sales workflow enhancements in Salesforce
  • Lead and/or actively participate in Revenue Operations projects and initiatives
  • Prepare ad hoc analysis and participate in projects for senior management
  • Specific areas of responsibility:
  • Sales Enablement tech stack management (Highspot, LinkedIn Navigator, Zoominfo)
  • Salesforce lead data and workflow maintenance
  • Inside Sales / SDR workflow maintenance and enhancement
  • Sales training and onboarding processes
  • Sales reporting facilitation


What You Will Bring:


  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance
  • 3-5 years of applicable work experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Enablement
  • Hands-on experience with Sales Enablement tools and integration with Salesforce workflows is required; experience with Highspot is a plus
  • Hands-on Salesforce experience is required
  • Experience with onboarding of a sales team member is required
  • Experience with Excel and Powerpoint is required
  • Experience with PowerBI is a plus
  • Strong analytical, project management and organizational skills are critical
  • Ability to learn quickly, effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Ability to lead and manage small-to-medium scale Sales Enablement projects independently
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

NY: Salary range for the position: 85000 USD to 100000 USD. The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award.
