Summary


We’re seeking a leader who can increase the effectiveness and success of our Account Executives and revenue leaders through the creation and implementation of enablement programs. You will report to the Sr. Director of Revenue Enablement and work alongside a team focused on helping Wizards bring Wiz’s Cloud Security to more customers. As a lead of enablement to global sellers and leaders, you will be responsible for ongoing learning programs, including: delivering webinars and workshops, creating curriculum, agendas for learning event, analytics for tracking the effectiveness of programs, plus professional skills development. You’ll collaborate closely with GTM teams including Sales Leadership, Revenue Operations, GTM Enablement, and Marketing.


What You’ll Do


  • Design, produce, and deliver continuing learning webinars for Account Executives
  • Design, coordinate, and lead workshops to teach new selling, product, market, competitive, and/or professional skills
  • Create a regular cadence of enablement delivery for Account Executives
  • Create a learning and enablement cadence for revenue leaders
  • Partner with cross functional groups (ex: sales and product) to drive operational excellence and efficiency
  • Evaluate and select any necessary curriculum or learning programs from outside vendors
  • Determine analytics for comparing enablement delivery and participation with desired selling outcomes
  • Produce reporting of those analytics for revenue leadership
  • Continual collaboration with revenue leadership, marketing, product, and other enablement team members
  • Create SCORM learning modules for on-demand learning assignments through an LMS


What You’ll Bring


  • 7+ years of relevant experience with Sales or Enablement background
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Strong business acumen and intuition needed for proactive partnership with stakeholders across the company
  • Experience working with Cybersecurity
  • Experience working with public cloud
  • Experience working with SaaS companies and/or management consulting
  • Ideal candidates will have had prior roles in both selling and enablement positions
  • Ability to adapt and maintain quality standard in a complex and changing environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage tight deadlines
  • LMS, Tableau, and Salesforce proficiency a big plus
