Senior Sales Enablement Associate

Our GTM Enablement team is a unique strategy and curriculum team that plays an integral part in connecting our go-to-market approach and curriculum to customer value. We’re interdisciplinary thinkers leveraging diverse business backgrounds in engineering, education, management consulting, business operations (and more!) to define, manage and measure Datadog’s global go to market motion. We empower all of Datadog’s customer-facing teams with the right information, skills, and tools at the right time in order to maximize their ability to land, expand and drive Datadog’s next phase of growth.


The Senior Sales Enablement Associate will serve as our operations guru, our reporting wiz, and our process efficiency extraordinaire to help design our systems to ensure our rapidly growing global GTM Enablement teams work at-scale. We are looking for someone who has a passion for scaling programs, maintains organization, and is the heartbeat of our team’s logistics strategy. This role has the opportunity to grow into a sales enablement curriculum role.

What You'll Do:


  • Carry out a portfolio of logistics & operations with our global enablement system working. This includes net new live enablement programs such as Sales Kickoff, product enablement initiatives, etc.
  • Co-create and design the systems to ensure our enablement programs enrollments, reporting, and staffing is built to scale
  • Assist with reporting on our enablement program metrics to share out with our leadership team
  • Build dashboards and seamlessly measure program success using tools such as Tableau
  • Leverages strategic thinking to uplevel our systems and process for our enablement programs
  • Support the content build and design for our cross functional enablement programs
  • Drive the all program operations and logistics for net-new live enablement programs such as Sales Kickoff, Product Workshops, etc
  • Carry out a portfolio of logistics & operations that keep our global enablement system working. This includes managing our bi-monthly Global Sales Calls and Sales Kickoff
  • Collaborate with Enablement team members to make our programs, enrollments, staffing, and reporting more efficient
  • Assist the field enablement team with our program enrollments where needed
  • Recommend content and program enhancements based on data and survey feedback
  • Carry out a portfolio of logistics & operations that keep our global enablement system working. This includes managing our bi-monthly Global Sales Calls and Sales Kickoff
  • Leverage instructional design skills to help standardize and templatize our new training course builds within our LMS
  • Ensure that we scale by creating and carrying out repeatable & measurable processes
  • Assist in driving education on sales processes, operational updates, and best practices to help increase productivity and adoption of internal systems.
  • Consult and assist on a range of special projects and one off tasks as we scale and refine our operating model
  • Cultivate strong relationships with Sales, Marketing, Growth Strategy and Sales Ops.


You Are:


  • Have 2-4 years of experience working in learning and enablement, business operations or other equivalent operational experience
  • Extremely organized and have a strong attention to details, driving toward the most efficient process
  • A strategic thinker who is always looking to improve the status quo
  • Experience with reporting and analysis in Tableau, Google Sheets, etc.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems, such as Docebo
  • An excellent communicator with strong written and verbal skills
  • Strong sense of ownership: you have an intrinsic drive to achieve great outcomes
  • You’re a curious, investigative learner: you ask lots of questions to identify causes
  • Outstanding multi-tasker, able to effectively prioritize projects and pivot where needed with a sense of urgency
  • Able to adapt to a fast-paced growth organization
  • Passion and energy for the details and for helping others get better
  • Strong appetite for learning and growing with the company as we scale

The reasonably estimated salary for this role at Datadog ranges from $74,000 to $99,000, plus a competitive equity package, and may include variable compensation. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
