The Senior Product Marketing Manager- HVAC will work closely with the Commercial Director, Product Management, Brand, Merchandising, Pricing, Sales and Customer Service to provide commercial input. This role will work cross-functionally and across all multiple Sales Channels to ensure HVAC needs are covered in the NPI process, and effectively execute commercial marketing programs to drive growth and sales for GE Appliances HVAC.

How You'll Create Possibilities
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Drive results and manage communication workflow in both Consumer Operations and the Commercial organization across Retail, Contract and Pro/PHVAC Channels for GEA HVAC.
- Own and execute of all merchandising activities supporting the HVAC business, for all channels. (Contract, Pro Channel, Customer website, Social/Digital, Brand).
- Develop industry and homeowner insights
- Manage overall HVAC NPI projects and existing models by working with agencies and other business stakeholders to deliver assets to schedule and with excellence.
- Develop and execute all NPI planning and communication packages for field sales teams. Ensure consistent messaging and coordination across product lines for the SKU portfolio, in store and online
- Content Creation and Asset Management
- Supervise the product photography, manage F&B content, dimensions, and standardized descriptions to be uploaded into MML, Product Roadmaps and MDM.
- Creation of collateral outlining all of GE Appliances product offerings for Retail, Contract and Pro/PHVAC channels, including coordination for full line HVAC & Plumbing catalog
- Manage printed and online marketing, sales, and training material for the product line to ensure distinct messaging for contractor, homeowners and customers.
- Collaborate to prepare for trade shows, conferences, and training activities as required.
- BA/BS degree from an accredited university or college
- Minimum of 7 years of Sales, Commercial and Marketing or other relevant experience
- Articulate and effective communicator that can push HVAC team agenda
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong presentation skills
- Ability to integrate and drive action across multiple functions
- High attention to detail
- Experience working with agencies and in a matrixed environment
- Ability to multi-task and effectively manage projects to deadlines
