The Opportunity


Frame.io, an Adobe Company, is changing the future of how content is made by helping over 1 million creative professionals seamlessly collaborate from all over the world. We're in search of a Product Marketer who can not only deeply understand Frame.io's value but can also articulate its story in a way that deeply resonates and inspires action.


In this capacity, you'll sculpt narratives emphasizing our distinct value, resonating with users and potential customers alike. By aligning with our product team and harnessing insights from the marketplace and our user base, you'll pinpoint our product's strengths and the challenges our customers face. With this knowledge, you'll create compelling tales that not only captivate but also catalyze purchasing decisions.


What you'll Do


  • Lead Frame.io’s core product marketing strategy, ensuring that our product narratives are grounded in market data, customer value, and user insights.
  • Collaborate closely with the product team, weaving their insights and product decisions into narratives that authentically showcase our offerings and deeply engage audiences.
  • Elevate our product story, making certain it captivates our target audience and sets us apart in the market.
  • Collaborate with Adobe's business units to ensure consistent messaging, voice, and narrative storytelling for Frame.io across all channels, promoting uniformity and reinforcing the product's prominence
  • Undertake research to unearth customer needs and market dynamics, ensuring our narratives align with both.
  • Keep a finger on the pulse of market trends and competitor actions, refining our messaging to stay ahead.


What you need to succeed


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a similar field.
  • 8+ years experience in product marketing, preferably within the SaaS arena.
  • Adept at turning intricate concepts into compelling narratives.
  • Proven track record of developing user personas, positioning, and messaging for platform products and their features.
  • Collaborative spirit with a history of successful cross-functional partnerships.
  • Experience working alongside content marketing, social media, growth, and paid media teams.
  • Prior exposure to video, advertising, or field marketing would be advantageous.


Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $143,200 -- $236,600 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.


At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).


In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
