We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager, Customer Insights to join our team and lead the marketing efforts for Dynamics 365 Customer Insights. This role will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive awareness, adoption, and growth of our Customer Insights product.

The Customer Experience (CX) marketing team is focused on driving the awareness, growth and activation of Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Insights in addition to the new AI-powered Copilot for Sales product. This includes overseeing the strategy behind new product launches and customer communications to ensure that the features of Copilot will reach and be understood by customers.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to drive product awareness, adoption, and growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and GTM, to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Create compelling messaging and positioning for Dynamics 365 Customer Insights capabilities that resonate with target audiences.
- Create engaging customer-facing content for web and events; including videos, slides, demos, customer stories, and more.
- Develop and manage go-to-market strategies, including product launches, campaigns, and events.

Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in business
- OR Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in business
- OR equivalent experience.
Additional Or Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 8+ years experience in business
- OR Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 6+ years experience in business
- OR equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the technology or software industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Demonstrated understanding of marketing technology stack, including customer data platforms, customer relationship management (CRM) systems and marketing automation preferred.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
Product Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $103,800 - $200,300 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $133,700 - $219,200 per year.
