Senior Product Marketing Manager, CSP Growth Marketing for Copilot

Microsoft 365 Copilot is a key component to Microsoft’s commercial AI strategy, enabling customers to fuel business growth and improve employee productivity. We’re looking for a high-impact, high energy marketing professional to drive the Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption strategy and product-led growth initiatives for the CSP channel. This is a fast-paced, exciting role where there is always a new challenge. It’s a highly visible role in a space that requires the rapid development of new emerging products.
To be successful, as a Senior Product Marketing Manager, CSP Growth Marketing for Copilot, you should be able to define and execute successful partner marketing strategies and plans based on a solid understanding of product capabilities, product marketing goals, and CSP channel dynamics. You will be responsible for defining the go-to-market (GTM) strategy to drive adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot and Microsoft 365 Lighthouse. This will require the formulation of highly effective CSP go-to-market plans to drive growth and customer success across SMB and SMC-C. You will need to collaborate with a broad set of cross-functional teams, including Product Marketing Managers (PMM), Finance, sales and engineering.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective go-to-market plans that scale to thousands of partners.
- Lead the CSP adoption and change management strategy for Microsoft 365 Copilot.
- Drive product strategy for Microsoft 365 Lighthouse and our signal-based GTM investments.
- Represent the voice of the CSP to our PMM and Product Engineering teams.
- Show the ability to quickly understand and adapt to new products in a constantly evolving area.
- Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in business
- OR Master's Degree in in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in business
- OR equivalent experience
- Experience building & executing B2B partner programs, partner business models, managing partner programs, working with a reseller channel or building partner capacity to drive go-to-market initiatives at scale
- Experience marketing to SMB or SMC-C
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 8+ years experience in business
- OR Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 6+ years experience in business
- OR equivalent experience
- Ability to influence without authority & collaborate effectively
- Comfort with ambiguity and driving transformation
- A successful track record of working collaboratively across a large organization
- Demonstrated ability to excel in a high-paced working environment with a high degree of accountability and ownership in an innovative, startup-like, fast-paced environment, with rapid exploration and ability to execute
Product Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $103,800 - $200,300 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $133,700 - $219,200 per year.
