Zerto, a Hewlett Packard Enterprise company is the leader cloud data management and protection, disrupting the data protection, disaster recovery and cloud market with a single, easy-to-use platform. We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to capture the excitement and craft messaging and positioning that is compelling and differentiated to the market for telling the world about our platform and the problems it uniquely solves.



This role requires deep expertise and passion for product marketing, You will develop a clear understanding of our customers and market and leverage this knowledge to prioritize and drive the right go-to-market effort. You will collaborate across teams to help create impactful content to support the buyer journey. Attention to detail and an eye for quality, along with the ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into benefits is crucial. You will work closely with product management to develop and communicate our product strategy while ensuring our sales teams are equipped with everything they need to succeed.


Responsibilities


  • Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates Zerto in the market
  • Develop compelling content to support the buyer journey
  • Ability to translate conceptual ideas into compelling creative concepts, create high impact written content which conveys complex subject matter clearly and accurately
  • Sales enablement – communicate the value proposition of Zerto to the sales team and develop the sales tools that support the selling process of your products
  • Product launch – planning for product launches and releases and collaborate across functional teams on the execution of the plan
  • Market intelligence – be the expert on your buyers, how they buy and their buying criteria; be the expert on your competition and how to crush them
  • Demand generation – collaborate on the strategy on the marketing programs that drive demand for Zerto
  • Manage complex projects, prioritize and multi-task to meet deadlines
  • Passion for excellence and attention to detail, determination to continuously improve results and contribution, a strong desire to win on behalf of the team


About You


  • 5-7 years in enterprise software product marketing for a high tech company targeting IT organizations
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills - there is a heavy amount of writing and presenting/selling ideas.
  • Hands on ability to create a range of marketing assets, including product demo videos and succinct slide pitch decks
  • Proven track record of speaking in front of large internal, external and global audiences
  • Exceptional analytical skills, ie ability to assemble and interpret data, create executive summaries, and deliver actionable business insights
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to optimally structure and prioritize work
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully influence senior management and critical stakeholders and to communicate the group's vision and accomplishments
  • Demonstrated experience as a "thought leader" - sought after for advice, counsel and judgment.
  • Willing to travel up to 25% to meet customers, prospects and partners.
  • Prefers cross-functional team management, influence without authority. You and your team are at the center of the organization constantly interacting with sales, marketing, product, customers and prospects.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and intellectual curiosity
  • Proficiency in content management, CRM and digital marketing tools
  • Bachelor’s in business, engineering or computer science (Preferred, not required)
