As an experienced product marketer, you will play a critical role in deepening and scaling Adobe’s K12 district and school go-to-market strategies. You'll have the opportunity to drive proliferation and active use of Adobe Express and other Adobe products, shape our K12 Education business strategy, and influence product roadmap and priorities. You'll work with cross-functional teams to craft positioning and messaging, execute launch plans, and drive growth through district field teams, marketing, partners, and scaled educational Adobe programs. Responsibilities in the role:
- Drive marketing strategy & execution for US districts and schools, with offerings designed to be adopted by admins and used by teachers with students in classrooms.
- Work alongside PMM executive leadership to guide product marketing strategy and long-term vision for K12 Education
- Own end-to-end GTM programs for product launches & feature enhancements focused on driving net new activations and sustained retention within districts and schools
- Identify, prioritize, and execute omnichannel marketing opportunities that expand awareness and in-product engagement with K12 admins and teachers inclusive of owning co-branded partnerships, product marketing integrations, and sales enablement materials
The ideal candidate will have:
- 5+ years' experience in Product Marketing
- Experience setting strategies, leading multiple initiatives, and executing to hit objectives in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-centric approach and desire to be a voice of our customers within Adobe
- Ability to influence and align cross-functional teams toward common goals with a collaborative team
- Exceptional, clear, and empathetic communication and presentation skills
- Strong work ethic, combining bias toward action with innovative thinking
- Education, education technology, and SaaS B2B experience preferred
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $117,900 -- $201,400 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
