Senior Product Marketing Manager

The Senior Product Marketing Manager, Comp Intel & Market Research, will own strategic programming, project execution and communication to enable all business functions with relevant, actionable insights around competitive intelligence, market trends, and key opportunities.


What you'll be doing:

  • Develop subject matter expertise and deliver deep thinking related to Spring Health's ecosystem including employer, payer, public sector, and channel markets
  • Develop a deep understanding of our direct and indirect competitors, as well as market and industry trends, through first-hand qualitative and quantitative research and analyses
  • Proactively generate and deliver high-value insights that keep everyone from the C-suite to individual contributors keenly aware of competitive and market movement
  • Develop and deploy thoughtful communication to synthesize insights for consumption by diverse audiences, including sales, customer success, product and executive leadership
  • Become an indispensable thought partner who informs strategic decisions with trustworthy reporting and insights across Product, Marketing, Revenue and Operations
  • Own relationships with third-party research partners and help streamline and prioritize internal projects across functions, including win/loss interviews and analysis
  • Capture and disseminate competitive intelligence at scale through a centralized database and enable a self-service CI program for teams to quickly gather the intel they need, when they need it
  • Partner with Enablement to monitor and continuously increase adoption of the internal comp intelligence platform by the rev org
  • Partner with RevOps to optimize competitive feedback loops and internal knowledge sharing, including win/loss analyses and data capture
  • Partner with Product Marketing Managers to develop and refine differentiated narratives around key product launches that resonate with members, clients, providers and consultants
  • Collaborate with sales & CS leadership to drive toward fluency in competitive differentiators with battlecards, training and enablement material
  • Influence value propositions and differentiators using competitive insights and bring ideas on best approaches to marketing our products in new and innovative ways.

What we expect from you:

  • 5-7+ years' experience in competitive intelligence, market intelligence, business analysis, consulting, corporate strategy, product marketing and/or related field.
  • Experience in Employee Benefits, Healthcare, Mental Health, EAPs, and/or Health Insurance industries
  • Demonstrated commitment to ethical business practices and adherance to the Spring Health Code of Ethics
  • Exceptional cross-functional leader and operator with demonstrated experience driving success in a dynamic, fast-paced organization
  • Proficiency in a broad range of competitive intelligence, market intelligence, and market research methodologies and tactics
  • Highly collaborative & adept at building and maintaining internal networks and cross-functional teams, and stakeholder management across every level of the organization
  • Bias for action, affinity toward data, and creativity around complex business challenges
  • Enthusiasm for healthcare innovation and tech, as well as business and strategy
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication with the ability to build strong, compelling, evidenced-based storylines, analyses/reports, and action-oriented recommendations
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to extract and highlight the most important details while providing clarity and context across diverse audiences

The target salary range for this position is $131,200 to $164,000, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options, benefits, and incentive pay for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
