Joining Collibra’s Product Marketing team

Collibra is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to help define and execute the go-to-market strategy for Collibra Protect, our data access governance product, and our data privacy solutions. Working as one Collibra, you will manage product and solution go-to-market initiatives and serve as an expert on the market and product in support of product launches, marketing programs, sales enablement and analyst relations in close collaboration with multiple teams at Collibra. From leading product launches to developing product messaging, assets and enablement content to help attract and retain customers and educate internal stakeholders, you will play a pivotal role in supporting Collibra’s hypergrowth.


Senior Product Marketing Managers at Collibra are responsible for:

  • Helping drive the creation and execution of product GTM strategy and tactics in partnership with product management, sales leadership, demand generation and field marketing.
  • Developing and refining differentiated product and solution messaging and collaborating with the broader marketing team to implement across channels.
  • Driving cross-functional product and feature launches, coordinating the efforts of product management, sales enablement, marketing and partners.
  • Creating engaging and differentiated top of funnel, middle of funnel and bottom of funnel content, such as blog posts, eBooks, whitepapers, webinars, demo videos and more.
  • Developing enablement assets and delivering training to help BDRs, sales, customer success and partners understand buyer personas, pain points, key product capabilities and benefits.
  • Working with the customer success team and our customers to get feedback on usage and roadblocks and leverage insights to create assets designed to accelerate adoption and expansion.


You Have:

  • 4+ years of product marketing experience with enterprise SaaS products, ideally within the data management, data governance, data security and/or data privacy spaces.
  • Experience in developing compelling messaging, content and communications for prospects, customers and sales teams, and in measuring results.
  • A proven track record of working effectively across product management, sales, customer success, enablement, industry marketing, AR/PR, field marketing and demand generation.
  • Good understanding of the sales process for enterprise software and how best to support field teams and equip them for success.
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

  • A creative and strategic thinker who is a strong executor but can also see the big picture. You are also willing to take risks, fail fast, iterate and learn.
  • Passionate about value and outcome-based marketing with a strong understanding of key trends across the data management space.


Measures of success are:

  • Within your first month, you will learn our products and build a plan that focuses on continuing our market leadership in the data access governance space and accelerating pipeline and revenue.
  • Within your third month, you will begin executing on the plan by building out messaging, content, enablement and working with the marketing team on demand programs, as well as lead product launches
.
  • Within your sixth month, you will brainstorm and execute innovative ideas and initiatives to raise awareness and further penetrate the market.


Compensation for this role 

The standard base salary range for this position is $165,600 - $228,000 per year. This position is not eligible for additional commission-based compensation. Salary offers are based on a combination of factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skills, and location.

In addition to base salary, we offer equity ownership at every level, bonus potential, a Flex Fund monthly stipend, pension/401k plans, and more.
