Senior Product Marketing Manager

Join our fully remote team as we enter the hypergrowth phase and shape the future of work! We are seeking an experienced and talented product marketing manager to drive the marketing strategy and execution for our SaaS solution. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product management, sales, and demand generation to identify target market segments, develop go-to-market strategies, and execute on product launches and campaigns. Your mission is to make a significant impact on our product marketing efforts through the creation of high-quality, targeted content and drive product adoption and sales.

Your key responsibilities

  • Define positioning and messaging for Next Matter and our products.
  • Map and improve our customers’ journey across all end points in close collaboration with your marketing, sales, customer success, and product colleagues.
  • Develop high quality, high impact marketing assets that improve sales, adoption, and expansion timelines and conversions.
  • Closely follow market and competitive developments, and use insights to inform product development, marketing, sales, and customer success work.
  • Analyze and report on product marketing performance along the customer journey.


Who are we looking for? 

  • 5-10 years of professional experience with 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing or similar roles.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams on several high-impact initiatives in parallel and driving results independently in a remote setting.
  • High business operations acumen with the ability to quickly understand unfamiliar industries/verticals.
  • Inspirational leadership skills with the ability to adjust communication style to the audience and gracefully convince others to pursue a desired course of action.

Integrity and the ability to speak plainly and truthfully to colleagues and candidates.
