About the Senior Product Marketing Manager position:

The Senior Product Marketing Manager is responsible for the development and management of integrated B2B marketing campaigns and programs that drive customer acquisition, activation, and retention. This role needs a strong understanding of current and emerging B2B strategies including direct response channels, digital marketing, conferences/events, content marketing and sales enablement tools.

The position is highly strategic and collaborative, working across functions and directly with vendors and clients. Success in this role is measured by the ability to plan, optimize and deliver campaigns that drive measurable awareness, consideration and conversion (registrations and product usage) within the AMER region.

The ideal candidate will be customer-obsessed and detail-oriented, with the ability to think strategically while also rolling up your sleeves to execute.

Location: 100% remote, expected travel less than 5%

Salary range: $115-130K

Essential Duties:

  • Lead new customer launches from the Marketing perspective - driving campaigns out the door while coordinating with other groups in Marketing, Product, Sales, and Operations
  • Create new or further develop existing marketing strategies to drive sales growth opportunities
  • Lead the Customer Advisory Board, in conjunction with our internal research team - including executive involvement, conversation topics, remote & on-site meetings, and dissemination of results and recommended next steps
  • Manage B2B demand gen, engagement and retention/loyalty programs from end-to-end, including planning, creative development, production, testing, flawless execution, reporting and optimization
  • Effectively work with cross-functional partners including product, operations and sales to deliver marketing strategies that meet defined business objectives
  • Initiate and project manage production of marketing deliverables with our internal delivery center of excellence team, ensuring all development is on time and on budget
  • Proactively monitor and optimize campaigns with a focus on test and learn
  • Lead ad hoc projects and initiatives that help advance the business

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field
  • 5+ years working in B2B marketing, communications or related field
  • Microsoft Office fluency

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in financial services, fintech or technology industries preferred
  • Demonstrated knowledge of marketing principles, practices and techniques, including knowledge of account-based marketing, direct response, event planning and content marketing
  • Strong customer empathy and you know how to piece together customer and competitive insights and craft them into compelling messaging for complex, technology products
  • You are unfazed by multiple competing priorities, you can prioritize based on what is best for our customers and for C2FO
  • Proactive problem solver and motivated self-starter with strategic growth expertise
  • Comfort working in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment with the discipline to adhere to corporate brand standards
  • Ability to work across numerous projects with competing deadlines and effectively prioritize deliverables
  • Experience with marketing / project management workflow tools such as Asana preferred but not required
  • Effective oral, written, and interpersonal skills. Presentation skills necessary to communicate and persuade a wide range of audiences
