Role Overview

As a Senior Associate, Product Marketing at Housecall Pro, you take on a more significant role in driving the success of our products in the market. Building on your previous marketing experience, you work closely with senior product marketers to lead and execute go-to-market strategies, product launches, and marketing campaigns. Your role will require a combination of strategic thinking, creative execution, and cross-functional collaboration.

What You Do Each Day

  • Market Insights: Conduct in-depth market research to identify customer needs, competitive landscapes, and industry trends
  • Product Messaging: Collaborate with senior product marketers to shape and refine product positioning, messaging, and value propositions
  • Content Development: Lead the creation of marketing collateral, including product messaging, sales enablement materials, and customer-facing content
  • Campaign Leadership: Take ownership of planning and executing marketing campaigns to drive product adoption, engagement, and revenue
  • Cross-Functional Influence: Build strong relationships with product managers, designers, and other teams to align product and marketing strategies
  • Sales Enablement: Provide sales teams with the necessary tools, resources, and training to effectively promote and sell products
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze campaign performance, customer feedback, and market data to drive informed marketing decisions
  • Competitive Analysis: Continuously monitor and report on competitor activities and market shifts


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing, product marketing, or a related role
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in marketing software/tools and Microsoft Office
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision making
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams

Location Dependent Information

This role is open to candidates and the expected salary range for this role is $84,000-$105,000 + Equity. The specific salary for the successful candidate will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. This role is also eligible to participate in Housecall Pro’s equity plan and the following benefits: health care insurance (medical, dental, vision, disability), employee assistance program, 401(K), flexible time off, paid parental leave, tech reimbursement, and other company benefits.
