You get a thrill out of enhancing the lives and performance of our sales representatives - Sales Development, Account Executives, and Account Managers - through targeted learning, coaching, and reinforcement initiatives. You enjoy collaboration cross-functionally and with sales leaders to develop and implement strategies that optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales team. You embed yourself in these teams to oversee how they are performing with the materials and solutions that are delivered.


Responsibilities


Here is how we have this role broken down:


  • Sales Training and Coaching:
  • Develop learning programs tailored to the needs of sales representatives, covering topics such as prospecting, objection handling, value proposition articulation, and sales methodologies.
  • Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions through various mediums, including live workshops, virtual sessions, and on-demand resources.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to sales representatives along with sales managers to help them improve their sales skills, overcome performance challenges, and achieve their targets.
  • Content Development:
  • Continuously update and refine sales materials based on feedback from sales representatives, sales leadership, and market insights.
  • Sales Execution Development:
  • Work closely alongside the sales representatives both within the office and remote in order to ensure they have the sales tools, processes, skills and product knowledge they need to execute successfully according to the role description and growth path for each role.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including sales leadership, product management, and product marketing and marketing.
  • Collaborate with sales managers to assess training needs, track performance metrics, and align training initiatives with organizational goals.


You'll be successful in this role if you have:


  • 3+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or a related role, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering impactful sales learning programs and driving measurable improvements in sales execution.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Experience with sales enablement tools such as content management and learning management systems.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strength in building and maintaining strong relationships with sales representatives, sales leaders and cross-functional team members.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform well in a fast-paced environment, and adapt to evolving business priorities.
  • Previous experiences in a direct sales role is a plus.
