Sales Enablement Specialist

Riverside is revolutionizing the way companies create audio and video content by enabling studio-quality recordings and lighting fast editing directly from browsers or our app. We are growing fast and brands like Spotify, NY Times, NBC, CNN, and iHeartMedia use us every day.


As a Sales Enablement Specialist, you'll be a key partner in taking our Sales organization to the next level, responsible for creating the strategy for and the delivery of engaging, value-rich training and onboarding programs that result in optimizing revenue generation in alignment with organizational initiatives.


You'll work directly with our go-to-market (GTM) team to increase performance and deliver a value-based approach to our customer-facing activity.


Job responsibilities:


  • Provide effective onboarding and training programs for sales reps
  • Work with sales leadership to develop, execute, optimize, and assess the enablement program
  • Determine sales enablement priorities with sales stakeholders
  • Communicate enablement strategy and KPIs to stakeholders
  • Build a trusted relationship with sales reps
  • Serve as a liaison between sales, marketing, and product teams
  • Provide effective onboarding and training programs for sales reps
  • Coordinate educational content for ongoing training
  • Facilitate content creation and use with sales and marketing teams
  • Gather and relay feedback to continuously iterate on the enablement strategy
  • Use performance data to identify knowledge or skill gaps across the sales team
  • Maintain sales enablement software to ensure it is easily accessible and provides the capabilities sellers need


Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 4+ years experience in a high-performance, Saas sales organization in sales, enablement, or learning and development
  • A strong understanding of the sales environment, including sales content, tools, and training. Sales background - big advantage.
  • Experience with content management and learning management systems
  • Able to build internal relationships with sales and marketing
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fast learner
  • Strong executor, excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Proactive, resourceful and motivated
