At Limble, we empower the unsung heroes who support the world. We've built the #1 Maintenance Management SaaS (CMMS) platform in an industry projected to double over the next five years. Organizations like McDonald's, Nike, Unilever, and Rite Aid rely on Limble every day to streamline, operationalize and improve their maintenance programs while empowering employees.

This is a hybrid position that will be based out of our Lehi, Utah office.

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Utilize sales acumen and familiarity with a variety of sales methodologies to develop and lead onboarding training sessions and ongoing training programs, including sales skills, product, and tech stack training.
  • Create and maintain engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, process guides, and videos, to support training sessions.
  • Confidently and effectively lead meetings and motivate others.
  • Partner with go-to-market leaders to identify performance gaps on the sales team and design processes and content to improve and influence results.
  • Continuously monitor the performance and progress of both new hires and tenured sales reps, providing resources, guidance, feedback and additional support as needed.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, sales methodologies, process changes, and product updates to incorporate relevant information into training sessions.

What we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years of experience in leading and developing sales enablement programs within the SaaS industry.

  • Strong sense of organization and attention to detail.
  • Ability to distill complicated subjects into easily digested information.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, high-growth startup environment and comfortable with varying levels of ambiguity—which you’ll help eliminate.
  • Demonstrated ability to work across teams by understanding requirements, desired outcomes, and limitations to drive meaningful and measurable results.
