Sales Enablement Program Manager

Our Opportunity


As a Sales Enablement Program Manager, you will be a key player in driving the success of our sales teams by overseeing and implementing strategic sales enablement programs. Reporting to the Senior Director, Sales Enablement, you will lead initiatives to empower our sales force with the necessary tools, resources, and knowledge to excel in their roles. This position requires a seasoned professional with strong project management skills, a deep understanding of sales processes, and the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.


You'll Spend Your Time


  • Supporting the delivery of Enablement programs to a global Go-To-Market audience.
  • Maintaining our content and knowledge management system and partnering with stakeholders to update and continuously improve the quality of content and training provided to the Sales and GTM teams.
  • Collaborating cross functionally with various stakeholders and teams such as Product Marketing, Sales Operations, and Sales and Customer Success Leadership, to maintain, build and develop Enablement programs.
  • Assisting subject matter experts and Enablement team members with training creation and facilitation, where necessary.
  • Using metrics and continuous feedback to measure the success of Enablement programs and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Focussing on change management efforts, project scoping, and execution.


What You'll Need


  • Experience building Enablement programs, including certifications, coaching programs and onboarding curriculums.
  • 5-8 years of relevant experience in sales enablement, program management, or related roles. Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective sales enablement initiatives.
  • Experience developing and launching successful new hire programming for sales teams.
  • Previous experience in Sales Enablement in a B2B SaaS technology company.
  • Ability to self-manage workload to meet deadlines and prioritize accordingly.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills with the ability to distill complex thoughts and processes into simple, actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and engaging teaching and presentation presence.
  • Experience using and administering a Content Management System (CMS) or Learning Management System (LMS).
