The Role


We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Sales Enablement Manager to join our team. The Sales Enablement Manager will play a crucial role in driving the success of our sales organization by developing and implementing programs and initiatives that enable our sales team to effectively engage with prospects, close deals, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales enablement, training, and content development, along with excellent communication and project management skills. This is a hybrid position that is located in Tampa, FL and requires 3 days in office.


What You'll Do


  • Develop and implement sales enablement strategies, programs, and initiatives to enhance the effectiveness and productivity of the sales team.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted solutions to address sales challenges and opportunities.
  • Create and deliver sales training programs, workshops, and materials to equip the sales team with the knowledge, skills, and tools they need to succeed.
  • Develop and maintain sales enablement content, including sales collateral, playbooks, scripts, presentations, and training materials.
  • Partner with marketing, product management, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency of messaging and positioning.
  • Implement sales enablement technology solutions to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and drive adoption of best practices.
  • Analyze sales performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations to optimize sales effectiveness and drive revenue growth.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and resource for the sales team, providing guidance, support, and coaching as needed.


What You'll Need


  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or a related field, preferably in the Software as a Service (SaaS) sector.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales enablement programs and initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in sales enablement technology platforms and tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative problem solver with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
  • Located in or around Tampa, FL or St. Petersburg, FL.
