Sales Enablement Manager

The Sales Enablement Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategies and programs to enable the sales team to achieve their targets and drive revenue growth.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales enablement strategy that aligns with company goals and objectives.
  • Create, maintain, and improve sales enablement programs for new hire onboarding and existing hire continuous improvement and development, with learning paths for each sales role. Incorporate assessments, role-playing exercises, and other relevant readiness measures for sales success.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to identify training needs and prioritize knowledge/skills gaps and tracks based on sales goals and objectives.
  • Implement sales enablement technology platforms and tools to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness, including maintaining an up-to-date knowledge center as a central hub for sales enablement reference.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure sales enablement effectiveness.
  • Partner with marketing, product management, and other teams to ensure alignment of messaging, content, and collateral with sales objectives.
  • Monitor best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies in sales enablement.
  • Lead the execution of the annual Sales Kickoff event.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales enablement programs that deliver results, preferably in the software or technology industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies, with the ability to translate them into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to sales team members.
  • Proficiency in sales and sales enablement technology tools and platforms, such as CRM, LMS, and content management systems, as well as digital sales tools.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
