Sales Enablement Manager

Michigan, ND


  • Provide revenue-facing teams with the necessary tools, knowledge, and content to meet and guide their end-customers throughout the various stages of their sales journey. Refine the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualifying through closing.
  • Own the onboarding calendar end-to-end for the sales team, ensuring that sales reps know when and where to go, and session leaders are aware of content changes to facilitate a world class experience for all new hires.
  • Help manage and support tools and resources to ensure that sales productivity continues to improve (creating reports, answering sales rep questions, sourcing of meaningful tradeshows, etc.). Serve as a liaison between sales, marketing, and product.
  • Assess team to identify gaps. Ensure team stays current with sales methodology and tools processes.
  • Assist with RFP and RFI proposals, strengthen client refence materials and profiles.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership to ensure adoption and success metrics are aligned with business goals.
  • Assist with identifying CLS needs in the sales organization and creating training content to improve results, fill gaps, and enhance product knowledge.
  • Become a CLS product matter expert in order to deliver high quality training, content and campaigns.
  • Partnering cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and other internal teams to continue to innovate and improve the Enablement experience and processes for Sales.
  • All other duties and responsibilities as assigned


Skills needed to be successful -


  • Be an organized communicator that can assist in managing sales onboarding, SKO, QBRs, and ongoing training calendars
  • Consulting and superior presentation skills
  • Maintains knowledge of emerging trends in the clinical healthcare information market
  • Delivers polished communications in a high-pressure sales environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication an interpersonal skills
  • Able to provide timely guidance and feedback
  • Demonstrated experience with technical information systems


Required Experience & Education


  • Bachelor’s degree in a Laboratory Science (Chemistry, Microbiology, Molecular Biology, etc.) or related field or equivalent relevant work experience
  • 5 + years’ experience in working in a high-performance sales organization (sales, enablement, operations, or learning and development) or technical environment (Scientific/ Technology background)

The starting pay range for a candidate selected for this position who is generally within the range of $84,000 to $129,000 for annual base salary. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds at times
  • Work is performed in a normal office setting with minimal exposure to health or safety hazards
  • Up to 75% Travel may be required
