The Sales Enablement Manager is responsible for equipping our sales teams (Account Executives, SDRs, Partner Managers, Solution Architects, and Sales Leadership) with the knowledge, skills, resources, and coaching they need to close business faster and deliver a superior customer experience. We’re growing rapidly and the Sales Enablement Manager has a direct impact on our ability to deliver value to our customers. This is an individual contributor role reporting to the VP, Solution Sales and Enablement.


Let's talk about the role and responsibilities:


  • Own, architect, and deliver enablement programs including but not limited to new hire onboarding, sales skills, product education, and the competitive landscape
  • Develop compelling sales tools (e.g., presentations, playbooks, discovery guides, objection responses, etc.) and deliver them across a variety of mediums (e.g., in-person, virtual, videos, on-the-job support) to improve our sales execution
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Legal, Finance, Product Marketing, etc.) to execute against priorities
  • Drive training and adoption of sales processes and methodologies
  • Constantly assess and optimize our enablement programs, content, processes, and technology stack to improve sales performance
  • Oversee the enablement, adoption, and effective utilization of sales technologies, including Salesforce and other platforms
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to design and facilitate events such as Sales Kick-off (SKO) and sales trainings
  • Establish and regularly measure key performance indicators to assess the efficacy and value of enablement initiatives


Let’s talk about your skills/expertise:


  • 5+ years experience in a sales enablement position in a high-growth environment
  • Experience working with B2B SaaS sales teams pursuing six-figure deals; preferably in the enterprise software space
  • Demonstrated track record of developing and delivering enablement programs that measurably improve sales productivity and performance
  • Experience working with all levels of sellers across the entire customer journey
  • Ability to develop and deliver training across multiple mediums
  • Understanding of recent trends and developments in sales enablement
  • Experience achieving or exceeding goals in a quota-carrying role
  • Salesforce expertise as well as familiarity with other sales engagement and enablement tools
  • Ability to travel to SKO, QBPs, and other company/team events

  • Data-driven and able to attribute enablement programs with sales performance against goal
  • Strong program management skills and ability to run an enablement program end-to-end; from design to execution, measurement, and iteration
  • Proven ability to deliver improvements to core pipeline KPIs
  • Clear and accurate communicator (both verbal and written), as well as an engaging presenter with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced dynamic structure with a strong desire to grow along with the company
  • Highly motivated with a “builder mentality”
  • A collaborative teammate who enjoys working with others and developing strong partnerships to achieve the best outcome
  • Naturally curious; never afraid to ask questions or push the status quo
  • Knowledge of B2B SaaS sales cycles, sales processes (CRM), and methodologies
  • Deep understanding of how salespeople communicate, learn, and perform
  • Comfortable learning and working with new tools, technologies, and products; able to quickly grasp, simplify, and communicate technical content
  • Thinks like an owner with a sense of accountability for each project’s outcomes
  • Influences effectively without authority
