Product Marketing Program Manager

The Product Marketing team at Roblox communicates and educates our audiences - including creators, developers, consumers, brands and more - on our core products, policies and features. We tell the story of our products through an understanding of our products and respect for our audiences, working with team members across the business to develop and execute on compelling go-to-market strategies. As a Program Manager, you will manage many main projects that span product groups and audiences, from maintaining and communicating a central product launch calendar to developing key content and messaging for our annual Roblox Developers Conference.


This full time position is based in San Mateo, CA (hybrid structure with 3 days onsite per week) and will report to Senior Director, Product Marketing.


You Will


  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as product, engineering, marketing, and communications to ensure product marketing initiatives are successfully launched
  • Be a core team member to help project manage, orchestrate and execute a successful Roblox Developers Conference
  • Assist in the planning and execution of product launches
  • Synthesize information for important meetings and executive updates
  • Update content and material for cross-Product Marketing initiative such as our quarter Creator Roadmap readout
  • Manage Help Center content updates for product launches
  • Be involved in many different aspects of Product Marketing and help ensure projects are being successfully completed


You Have


  • 5+ years experience managing programs
  • 2+ years experience in product marketing
  • The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience developing content for several audiences
  • Passion for working through ambiguous situations or projects
  • Analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights


For roles that are based at our headquarters in San Mateo, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. All full-time employees are also eligible for equity compensation and for benefits.


Annual Salary Range


$162,480—$204,680 USD


Roles that are based in our San Mateo, CA Headquarters are in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional in-office on Monday and Friday (unless otherwise noted).
