As part of our rapid growth strategy, we are seeking a visionary Product Marketing leader to drive and execute marketing strategies that enhance our market presence and accelerate pipeline generation.
The Product Marketing Principal, Industry Solutions, will play a key role in crafting and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy targeting strategic industries, including Healthcare, Financial Services, Public Sector, and others. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Corporate & Product Marketing, this individual will be a key leader within the organization, collaborating cross-functionally with the Product Marketing, Partner Marketing, Alliances, Sales, the broader Marketing organization, and executive leadership teams.
This role requires a marketing and product expert who can bridge the gap between technical products and customers’ industry-specific pain points, translating complex product features into a platform narrative with clear business value. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguous environments, drives clarity in strategy, and is passionate about influencing outcomes. What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute a solutions marketing strategy targeting key industries such as Healthcare, Financial Services, Public Sector, and others
- Own content strategy and execution for strategic industries across key communication channels including website, blog, social, on-network promotion, and emails
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, Partner Marketing, Alliances, and other teams on messaging, product positioning, and go-to-market strategy
- Act as a product and marketing expert, translating customer and sales needs across marketing campaigns, sales enablement, product strategy, and field teams
- Design scalable global campaigns, toolkits, and resources for GSI partner execution
- Drive pipeline generation and conversion by creating compelling marketing programs and initiatives that generate demand and accelerate deal velocity
- Lead the creation of impactful sales kits and enablement tools, including product demos, presentations, case studies, whitepapers, and competitive messaging
- Work closely with executive leadership to influence GTM strategy with GSIs and ensure the marketing strategy aligns with high-growth business objectives
- Continuously assess market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to ensure the solutions marketing strategy remains relevant and differentiated.
- Act as a thought leader and spokesperson for the company in relevant industry forums, events, and media engagements.
Experience You’ll Need
- 5-10 years of experience in Product Marketing or Solutions Marketing, preferably within the high-tech or enterprise SaaS software space
- Proven track record of developing and executing go-to-market strategies that link technical products to business value and industry-specific customer pain points
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to generate pipeline and accelerate deal closure through targeted marketing initiatives.
- Ability to use data and analytics to drive decision-making as well as a consistent track record of setting and delivering against measurable marketing metrics
- Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting to internal and external audiences, including C-suite executives
- Experience working with/marketing to one or more of the following industries: Healthcare, Financial Services, Public Sector, or related verticals.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and navigate ambiguity with ease.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in the backup, cyber recovery, cybersecurity, or a related IT/Security space.
- Previous experience in leading amid ambiguity in a rapidly growing organization or startup environment.
- Strong understanding of alliances marketing and the GSI ecosystem

The minimum and maximum base salaries for this role are posted below; additionally, the role is eligible for bonus potential, equity and benefits. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the role based on U.S. location. Within the range, the salary offered will be determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US (SF Bay Area, DC Metro, NYC) Pay Range
$147,300—$220,900 USD
