Overview


We are looking for Product Marketing and Performance Analysis Manager who will be primarily responsible for serving as the primary contact for Electronic Table Games (ETG) products on a casino floor.


This role will collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to develop market strategies that resonate with casino markets. You will utilize product performance data and industry experience / knowledge to provide recommendations and guidance for our ETG sales specialists and Account Managers to gain new new business and maintain the current ETG footprint.


From a marketing perspective, this position will create and manage new product go-to-market plans including product segmentation, pricing, timing, launch partners and merchandising. You will also provide executive level presentations and customer facing materials that clearly outline key product strategies, customer pitches, and KPI updates as needed.


From a performance analytics perspective, the management of a wide array of performance and diagnostic data is critical in determining the true value of our placements, our side bets, and our equipment. The performance of a game on a per seat basis can be used quickly and efficiently to optimizes performance per property.


We are looking for someone who is as comfortable working with clients as with internal stakeholders. You will evaluate current and future installations for performance and location, settings, and recommend methods to increase revenue for our customers and ensure we grow a strong product base. We would like for you to have a track record for improving the processes and organizations around you.


Responsibilities


  • Responsibility for the marketing and performance and placement analysis for Electronic Table Game (ETG) products with a primary focus on North America.
  • Address customers' concerns, questions, and overcome objections regarding Electronic Table Games
  • Work with ETG sales specialists and IGT account-assigned Account Managers to provide performance assistance and recommendations for ETGs in a creative, highly resourceful and effective way
  • Provide insight / recommendations to Customers and IGT Sales for optimizing floors / performances & product placement
  • Review all accounts with RTG sales specialists and work together with them to maintain the existing IGT ETG product footprint after installation.
  • Work with our ETG Product Management team and North America / EMEA Sales Team to identify opportunities and working with customers in completing concept testing through pilot and free trial product programs
  • Assist with competitive analysis and providing insights to Product Management to further the development process of ETG’s for the International markets


Work Location:


This is a hybrid position (2-3 days onsite per week) at our Las Vegas, Nevada office. However, we will consider qualified candidates who are seeking remote work from home in the U.S.


Requirements


Work Experience:


  • Minimum 5+ years of Gaming/Casino Industry experience
  • Minimum 5+ years in gaming product manufacturing, design, or development.


Education


  • Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent combination experience in education, ETG analytics, product operations, and marketing.


Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities


  • Self-directed, highly motivated, thorough, and accurate, ability to work in fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Exhibit former exposure to electronic recurring revenue products in the casino industry.
  • Capable of coordinating efforts with members of a cross-functional team.

  • Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Physical Requirements


Office environment. Ability to travel up to 30% of the time as needed for market research and tradeshow support.

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $50,000-$101,000. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.


Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses.
