Product Marketing Managers are responsible for thinking through all product positioning, marketing, outbound, and commercial aspects of C3 AI's products. Product Marketing Managers interact with C3 AI's existing and prospective customers to bring the voice of our customers to our product roadmap; help drive product strategy; develop product messaging and positioning (including website, blog posts, case studies, other internal and external collateral); enable sales with a robust portfolio of content; develop messages to support our GTM; help craft product packaging and pricing; engage with analysts, and work with marketing to run effective customer engagement and awareness campaigns.

As a Platform Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the C3 AI Platform product. This is a technical product that supports the full AI application life cycle – from the development, deployment, and operations of large-scale enterprise AI applications. The C3 AI Platform provides no-code, low-code, and deep-code development tools for application developers, data scientists, data engineers, DevSecOps, and IT Ops teams.

You will live the customer journey of these teams, help us define future innovation, identify and execute on market opportunities, and build stories to help us engage current and future customers for long-term success, all while differentiating us from the competition. Our ideal candidate is a creative thinker with analytic and problem-solving capabilities, a compelling storyteller, and has a technical background with an understanding of some or all of the underlying capabilities (e.g., data integration, persistence/virtualization, processing, AI/ML infrastructure, workflows, app logic, and UI frameworks) required to power enterprise AI applications. You are familiar with modern cloud software services, and containerization frameworks, and are up to date with modern open-source projects that pertain to large-scale compute AI/ML, or applications.

  • Develop a deep understanding of customer requirements and the C3 AI Platform capabilities; partner with Product Managers to define market opportunities and influence roadmap priorities.
  • Create and execute go-to-market plans for product launches and new releases.
  • Develop compelling and easy-to-understand product content for Sales and Pre-sales including sales training on products, positioning, competitive analyses, FAQs, cheat sheets, and more.
  • Develop compelling external product content including data sheets and product case studies, website content, blogs, webinars, solution guides, product launches, and more.
  • Develop and track key business metrics for your products, evaluating the state of your business.
  • Support Sales and Pre-sales throughout the sales cycle to inspire, motivate, and ultimately win customer business.
  • Collaborate with the marketing organization to enable appropriate product positioning and materials on the C3 AI website; and run appropriate campaigns to create product awareness.
  • Present with authority at industry conferences, panels, and customer and internal events.


  • Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or similar field and Master of Science or Business Administration degrees.
  • 5+ years of experience delivering compelling product revenue growth and product marketing results in enterprise software.
  • Technical understanding and/ or experience with modern, enterprise data processing, data management, and/ or AI/ML product stacks.
  • Demonstrable domain expertise in any of the following: product strategy, product marketing, enterprise sales collateral, enterprise go-to-market strategies, AI-based application development.
  • Ability to develop product strategy and execute strategic plans.
  • Ability to juggle projects simultaneously, working both independently and collaboratively across diverse teams.
  • Experience managing and developing new outbound product programs with clear data-driven results.
  • Experience managing product positioning, messaging, market and competitive analysis, and product pricing and packaging.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, and presentation skills.

  • Salary range: $131,000 - $185,000 USD.
