Job Overview

Right Networks is seeking a Product Marketing Manager, Productivity Solutions to support our Cloud Products Group. The ideal candidate is a seasoned product marketing specialist with a passion for managing products and reseller partner relationships and driving clarity. The successful candidate will have a strategic mindset, collaborative spirit, and get-it-done mentality. Reporting to the Senior Director of Product Marketing, the Product Marketing Manager, Productivity Solutions is a critical function that helps bind our product strategy to the tactics we need to drive success as we continue our strong upward growth trajectory.

You will bring your experience in marketing strategy and overall product lifecycle management to contribute to the revenue for Right Networks business. You are a collaborative and highly flexible individual with deep skills in researching, building, monetizing, influencing marketing campaigns and managing business relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with marketing, sales and product management to develop product positioning, messaging that.
  • Develop go-to-market plans to drive product adoption of productivity products/solutions in conjunction with our marketing team, including key activities and budgets to support the retention of existing customers and the acquisition of new customers.
  • Recommend pricing and packaging based on market and customer analysis.
  • Work with Product Management to plan the launches of new products and releases of existing products and manage the cross-functional implementation of the marketing plan.
  • Partner with the Growth Marketing team to understand and analyze campaign performance and effectiveness of the go-to-market strategy and suggest changes to improve results, if necessary.
  • Act as a primary thought leader for our products externally, including creating collateral, and influencing the content in our blogs, social and other assets.
  • Understand and support our sales teams, by training them on our products and partners and what problems they solve for our customers, and by advocating internally for awareness and adoption; develop internal tools, external facing sales enablement and teach them how and when to use it.
  • Develop, manage, and monetize essential strategic partners to succeed on a clear set of business metrics including revenue and end customer adoption.
  • Work with customers to arrange interviews and produce case studies that highlight the value of our products and partnerships.
  • Working collaboratively with members of the sales and marketing teams to achieve revenue goals.

Requirements

  • A record of accomplishment in product marketing with proven business results, including experience working with large technology partners.
  • Experience managing go-to-market execution.
  • "Roll-up-your-sleeves" entrepreneurial attitude, with confidence to pick up and lead new projects.
  • Ability to comprehend and articulate technical product/solution information to non-technical audiences, translating features and benefits into clear, concise and engaging narratives.
  • Natural ability to relate to customers and prospects.
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to balance multiple initiatives at the same time.
  • Superb collaborator with proven ability to work with cross functional teams.
  • Extremely self-motivated and also able to help organize and motivate others.
  • Bonus points for knowledge of accounting and tax software markets.
