The Product Marketing Specialist is an integral part of the Marketing team, supporting the launch of new solutions and working to optimize the positioning, sales enablement, and training of existing products. In this highly collaborative role, you will partner with Product Management, Sales, Customer Success, Strategic Partnerships and Marketing teams to position Lexipol products as the premier solution to meet customer needs and establish Lexipol as an industry leader in current and future markets.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Help coordinate the successful launch of new products and services to meet and exceed KPIs and other performance metrics.
  • Execute marketing deliverables to ensure a smooth integration of new products from company acquisitions.
  • Maintain sales presentations and collateral for existing company products and services.
  • Manage messaging on company product websites to ensure information is up to date, intuitive for visitors and drives lead conversions.
  • Develop a dashboard of analytics on product marketing resources and collateral to evaluate
    areas to increase engagement and drive utilization.
  • Analyze email campaigns and website performance to surface data-driven insights to improve future marketing strategies and efficiency.
  • Work with the Product Marketing Manager on training programs and materials for internal personnel to enhance their product knowledge.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience crafting compelling marketing and sales content with the ability to understand technical products and develop easy to understand customer messaging.
  • Meticulous with the desire to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail, organized, problem solver with good time management, sense
    of judgement and adaptability to change.
  • A quantitative and analytical aptitude and ability to use data to make informed recommendations.
  • Solid understanding of marketing concepts and channels including SEO and website analytics.
  • Expert in Microsoft Office; preferred experience with Salesforce CRM and marketing automation.

Bonus: experience working in public safety and/or local government sectors. Experience with accounting software, Microsoft Excel, and other financial reporting tools.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in product marketing/management preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding marketing goals.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:

  • Execute marketing portion of acquisition product plans.
  • Develop website strategic plan for all product lines and verticals.
  • Create a dashboard of marketing campaign and website performance.
