Product Marketing Manager

We are opening the position of Product Marketing Manager in our growing team!

You will be responsible for positioning Trustpair as the best and leading third party risk management platform on the market.

As an expert in our product, our market, and especially our customers and buyers, you will lead the story of our product and provide support to our Sales, Marketing and CSM teams on product launches.

Your ability to grasp and present our Product’s value proposition in a way that resonates and clearly articulates how we solve our buyers’ problems, your attention to detail and eye for quality are critical to your success.

 

What will you do:

 

Working with various Trustpair teams (Product, Marketing, Sales, Solution Consultants, Customer Success) under the leadership of the VP Marketing, you will:

 

PRODUCT / MARKET

 

  • Become an expert in our product, our market, and especially our customers and buyers;
  • Analyse competition and market trends to help define the product positioning, contribute to the roadmap planning;
  • Define buyer personas, analyse clients and prospect feedback to provide input for product strategy and roadmap

 

MESSAGING

 

  • Determine the product's key benefits for its target in order to create positioning and messaging frameworks that resonate strongly with potential buyers;
  • Create key sales enablement assets;
  • Create product resources to help internal teams, such as product trainings, demo scripts, competitive talking points, success stories

 

ORCHESTRATION AND EVANGELISATION

 

  • Evangelise internal teams and partners on our product features and their benefits;
  • Orchestrate the successful execution of product launches. Synchronise launch calendars, presentations, timelines and documentations with Marketing, Sales, CSM, Solution consultant teams

MUST HAVE

 

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience and a previous experience as a PMM in a BtoB environment;
  • You possess excellent organisation skills, you're able to work cross-team and on multiple projects at the same time;
  • You are customer-centric & capable to translate client problems into marketing solutions;
  • You are a true storyteller. You're perfectly able to create a story about the product and entice customers;
  • You are a strong problem solver capable to crack any issue, you come up with creative ideas, and ruthlessly prioritise the solution to pursue;
  • You know how to communicate efficiently, clearly and sharply;
  • You are fluent in French and English

SALARY RANGE FOR THIS POSITION : 70-77K€ / year
