- Looking for Hepatitis specific experience to assist team in the technical side of things.
- Looking for someone who knows about the disease, how it lives in the body, interactions with other diseases, etc.
- Key in connecting with R&D, medical affairs, finance, market access, regional teams, and global stakeholders.
- Manager's BG is no on pharmaceutical side and is more generalist, so she is wanting this person to be their point person to help on the technical side of things.
- BA in health sciences.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The Global Product Manager will be responsible to have a deep understanding of the disease and products and be able to communicate its benefits to internal and external audiences.
- The product manager acts in the marketing area and develops his/her work with a total focus on one or more products.
- The main function is to serve as a link between the various areas of the company regarding a product. These areas are regional global marketing, medical affairs, regulatory, scientific support, R&D and commercial.
Be the focal point for the disease, reporting to Global Marketing Director
- Develop product marketing strategies (pricing, communication, product launching)
- Follow and analyze market trends to position products and constant share with key stakeholders
- Create consistent positioning statements and messaging as source of material is to be used by the regional/local markets
- Analyze competition activities to know your products, mapping via SWAT analysis and their respective market share
- Develop campaigns to be deployed to the markets
- Craft compelling messages across the product portfolio and channels
- Deliver product training for internal and external audiences
- Support scientific literature analysis and its revision
- Build close connection and interaction with KOLs and key stakeholders in the region
- Work together with Medical Affairs on Advisory boards
- Support clinical studies related to NPIs
- Track product launches using relevant KPIs and feedback from existing and prospective customers
- Build strong connection with the regional teams, understanding their needs and sharing the strategy and delivering supporting materials
- Build strong connection with global team stakeholders, gathering information and guaranteeing strategic alignment and consequently business growth
- Coordinate the participation in events such as: congress, fairs, seminars as well as in the development of communication pieces
- Produce communication materials in coordination with agencies - banner, poster, presentations, folder, videos, websites content review, sales tool kit, VARs, docs of features / advantages / product benefits, FAQs, and websites content review
- Support Purchase orders process and payment

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS | EDUCATION | EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in health sciences related studies, pharma or biomedical. Specialization on infectious disease is desired
- Proven experience as a Product Marketing Manager, Brand Manager or similar role. Minimum 5 years’ experience in the area is required

Salary: $50.00 - $58.00 per hour
