Product Marketing Manager - Industrial

We are seeking a Technical Product Marketing Manager to become a subject matter expert and go-to-market driver for several core products of the industrial segment of Claroty’s cybersecurity portfolio. This role will be responsible for creating and evangelizing differentiated product and solution messaging that aligns with key personas and business outcomes, as well as using this messaging to support speaking engagements, training, and enablement sessions, and supporting all manner of product marketing collateral, competitive intelligence, and adjacent content. The role will also support initiatives for sales, solution engineering, customer success, and partnerships teams and work closely with marketing and product management stakeholders to support integrated campaigns, events, and related programs.


The role will report to Claroty’s Director of Product Marketing in our New York City headquarters. Remote candidates will be considered and are encouraged to apply.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Reinforce and build on messaging and positioning that aligns with key personas and sales stages for Claroty’s xDome and Continuous Threat Detection (CTD) products, as well as the vast technical ecosystem with which those products integrate, all are which are core to the company’s industrial cybersecurity portfolio
  • Generate product-oriented content including data sheets, solution briefs, white papers, demo videos, and blog posts, as well as sales enablement tools including demo scripts, and product presentations, among other types of content
  • Monitor the competitive landscape within industrial cybersecurity and engage with Claroty field teams to track launches, announcements, and technical details in order to create compelling competitive content such as battle cards, training, and one-sheeters.
  • Conduct training and enablement on topics relevant to Claroty’s industrial portfolio for Claroty salespeople, solution engineers, partners, and others as needed
  • Interface as a key point of contact with Claroty’s Technical Alliance team to create collateral that supports go-to-market initiatives for product integrations
  • Support marketing programs, campaigns, and additional assets with content and messaging to help drive demand, pipeline, and revenue


REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years experience in product marketing roles in the enterprise technology space, specifically cybersecurity, industrial control systems, or industrial automation. Network security experience preferred
  • Strong writing, presentation-making, and public speaking skills
  • Experience collaborating with product management, engineering, and sales teams to launch new products, features, and other marketing initiatives
  • Experience conducting market research and competitive analysis 
  • Deep understanding of how to translate technical product specifications into a compelling narrative that conveys business value
  • Deep understanding of the B2B sales cycle 
  • Deep understanding of how product marketing fits into an overall marketing strategy 
  • Eagerness to become a key member of a highly collaborative, non-hierarchical team at a fast-growing and fast-moving company in an emerging market


Expected base salary of $110,000 - $125,000 + equity. This is a good-faith estimate and does not include equity. Pay will be by experience level, but those outside of the salary band are welcome to apply.
