We’re a fast-growing company, and we’re looking for a strategic and dynamic Founding -Product Marketing Manager to join our team and help us drive the next phase of growth.


As our Product Marketing Manager, you will be pivotal in kicking off foundational projects, including establishing, managing and refining our customer lifecycle process, creating and managing our customer advocacy board, refining the GTM process for new feature releases, developing a knowledge base, and managing our digital adoption platform. You’ll collaborate closely with product teams to develop deep product documentation and ensure alignment on product messaging and stories. You will also have the opportunity to grow into a Product Marketing Director role as we scale.


Key Responsibilities


Go-to-Market Strategy:


  • Refine and manage the GTM process for new feature releases, ensuring alignment with sales, product, and demand generation teams.
  • Lead product launch initiatives from strategy to execution, tracking adoption and product performance KPIs.
  • Collaborate with product management to prioritize and develop GTM strategies based on data-driven insights and market feedback.


Product Positioning & Messaging:


  • Develop clear, compelling product messaging and positioning tailored to institutional investor audiences (buyside and sellside).
  • Partner with product teams to develop deep product documentation, including technical details and use cases, that support both internal and customer-facing efforts.
  • Write copy for product features and stories that showcases our product’s value and competitive advantages.


Foundational Projects:


  • Establish, manage and refine our customer lifecycle marketing model, including creating cohorts from data-driven insights and collaboration with customer success and product leaders, while managing the messaging and copy across all customer communications channels.
  • Lead the development of a comprehensive knowledge base to support customer education and product adoption.
  • Create and manage a customer advocacy board that gathers insights and fosters relationships with key customers.
  • Oversee our digital adoption platform, ensuring that customers maximize product usage and adoption.


Sales Enablement:


  • Equip the sales team with tools and training to effectively sell product features and differentiate against competitors.
  • Create and maintain a library of product marketing materials, including battle cards, product sheets, and use-case-driven content.
  • Work closely with sales leadership to ensure product marketing initiatives align with pipeline goals.


Collaboration with Product:


  • Collaborate closely with product managers to negotiate product positioning, and provide feedback to influence the product roadmap based on market and customer data.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer and market, driving alignment between product development and go-to-market strategies.
  • Use data and customer feedback to push back on or support ideas, ensuring that product decisions are data-driven and aligned with market needs.


Performance & Metrics:


  • Track and report on the success of product marketing campaigns, feature launches, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Use data to refine product messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies based on performance metrics.
  • Continuously optimize product marketing efforts to improve adoption, feature usage, and customer satisfaction.

  • Experienced Collaborator: You have 5-7 years of experience working closely with product managers, and you know how to clearly communicate ideas and feedback, advocating for the customer based on data-driven insights.
  • Creative Storyteller: You can turn complex features into compelling narratives that resonate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Data-Driven Decision Maker: You use data to shape product marketing strategies and are comfortable using metrics to assess and refine campaigns.
  • Proactive Leader: You’re comfortable owning major initiatives like creating a knowledge base and customer advocacy programs, and you can balance multiple foundational projects.
  • Growth-Oriented: You’re eager to grow into a Product Marketing leadership role and are ready to take on increasing responsibility as Daloopa scales.
  • Efficient Project and Stakeholder Manager: You are extremely organized and can juggle multiple projects, deliverables and stakeholders at one time.


Qualifications


  • 5-7 years of experience in product marketing, with proven success working with product teams.
  • Experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies, particularly for new product features and releases.
  • Demonstrated success in building and managing customer advocacy boards, knowledge bases, or similar foundational projects.
  • Ability to write product copy and deep documentation that supports product launches, customer education, and sales efforts.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with sales, product, and customer success teams.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to track and optimize product marketing initiatives based on data.

  • Salary Range: $120,000 - 130,000 (plus equity, bonus, and benefits)
